Frank McNeill

Frank McNeill is a lifelong resident of Moore County. He graduated from Pinecrest High School in 1974 and Appalachian State University in 1978 with a BS in Business Administration. Frank is currently the President of McNeill Oil Company in Aberdeen, a third-generation family-owned business.

He has served as Mayor of Aberdeen, was a member of the Aberdeen Town Board and the Moore County Board of Education.

Frank and his wife Susan have three daughters and three grandsons. He is a past President of the Aberdeen Lions Club, a former vice-chair and treasurer of the Moore County Democratic Party, and a past director of the Sandhills Area Chamber of Commerce. He was the 2018 Democratic Nominee for NC's 8th Congressional District.
